Preparation of Marita Burn + Control Coffee with Psyllium
COFFEE PORTION:
- 1 heaping teaspoon or 1 shallow teaspoon of Café Marita;
- 250 ml of hot or cold water (avoid very hot water);
- Sweeten with Marita Stevia (only if sweetening is necessary);
- ADVICE – Have a glass of water before and after Café Marita.
HOW TO DRINK COFFEE:
- 3x per day for weight loss (minimum 2x).
COFFEE HOURS:
- Breakfast (replace traditional coffee with Café Marita);
- 30 minutes before lunch;
- Coffee in the afternoon until 6pm (avoid using coffee in the evening so as not to delay your sleep).
OBSERVATIONS:
- If you like milk, milk should be taken at least 2 hours before or after consuming Café Marita for best result.
ATTENTION:
- Do not drink coffee on an empty stomach to avoid hypoglycemia;
- It is mandatory to take at least 2 liters of water per day, or to calculate the daily water intake using the formula due to the intake of soluble fiber.
