Terms of Use

Price
1. The prices indicated in our online shop are only valid for the day of the order, unless otherwise stated. They are retained for the customer(s) at the time of order confirmation and payment, even if delivery takes place one day later.
2. If a product is not available at the time of shipment, it will not be charged and will not be shipped later. The customer will be informed by email.
3. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
4. There is no minimum purchase price established for the products delivered by maritastore.ch per order. The amount of the products does not include additional costs that will be charged (e.g. packaging, etc.).

Order
1. You can track the status of your order with our carrier.
2. You can check that all the products you ordered are available. However, if an ordered product is not in stock at the time of shipment, the order is automatically adjusted and the price adjusted accordingly. This will be refunded to your account when you place a future order.
3. The minimum age for an online order in our store is 18 years. Orders placed by minors without the consent of an adult will not be considered.
4. Once you have confirmed your order, you cannot change it later.

Delivery
1. Deliveries are made to Switzerland and Liechtenstein only.
2. In our online shop, your orders can be delivered directly to the location or address of your choice (e.g. to your home, workplace, etc.).
3. Orders placed in our online store before midnight will be delivered within 72 hours (working days). After this time, delivery is postponed to the next day.
4. Deliveries are made by post directly to your home or to the address indicated.
5. If you are absent during delivery, your packages will be left at your doorstep or at the address indicated.
6. Deliveries will be made on working days (Monday to Friday). There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so deliveries will be made the day after these days.
7. For safety and hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. If a product is missing when preparing the order for shipment, the customer will be informed by email. The order will be automatically adjusted and the price changed accordingly. This will be refunded to your account for a future order.
9. Delivery costs are mentioned directly in the shopping cart on the website.
10. Delivery costs are free from CHF 199.- per order, otherwise they amount to CHF 9.90.

    Deliveries on: Tuesday or Wednesday

  • Orders placed: Public holidays
    Deliveries on: 2-3 days after

1. Optional details, except for the code and floor, are not taken into account. For example, your package will not be delivered to a neighbor. But you can specify that it should be delivered to a neighbor who lives in the same building. Simply indicate the details under your delivery address when registering
2. All orders placed via the Martitastore.ch online store will be paid for using the payment system we offer and which you can choose. Delivery will then take place in the manner mentioned above.

Payment
1. Payment is made securely via the various secure systems available in our online store.
2. If a product is missing at the time of delivery, the customer will be informed and a refund or credit will be given.
3. Once confirmed, the order cannot be modified.

Product quality
1. Product photos are not contractual. The specific product may be different and may not always correspond exactly to the product in question. Only the name and description of the product are correct and valid in this case.
2. Complaints must be made within 2 working days of delivery via our customer service or by email: admin@maritastore.ch.
3. Our online shop maritastore.ch provides product information and descriptions as accurate as possible (e.g. nutritional information, weight, dimensions, etc.)
4. We ask the consumer to check the information on the packaging of each product before consuming it.

Privacy and Security
1. Protecting our customers' privacy is one of our priorities.
2. We do not pass on our customers' personal data to third parties, except for those that are necessary for the proper execution of your order (e.g. to the Post Office for the correct dispatch of your order). Your data is always treated with the utmost confidentiality.
3. At any time, you can modify or delete them in your personal account, with your username and password.
4. You may cancel or delete your account at any time.
5. To enable you to make your online payments securely and without apprehension, we use the latest technologies and secure procedures available on the Internet.
6. These terms of use may be amended or adapted to market conditions and/or all delivery shipments at any time in the event of a change.
